psp web browser

when i try to go on the web browser on my psp, it says " obtaining ip adress, please wait" then after like 20 seconds it says " a connection error has occured The atttempt to obtain the ip adress has timed out" what should i do. Do i need to lengthen my antenna inside the psp??

OMFG ITS SOLAR GLARE!!!!

You must throw it in the air three times and say hoola hoola hoola ooo while recording it and then throw it on youtube and all will be good.
