how exactly do you upload videos?

hey i just got this psp. i converted my movie as well and it will fit on the memory card. i just need to know how to get them on there and be recognized. i uploaded the mp4 and thm files in PSP>VIDEO. that didnt work. then i tried PSP>VIDEOS. that didnt work. what directory should it be?

Also, i was wondering if there were any games you could download if you didn't have any umd games yet.

well i figured this problem out a while ago but thanks for the intent. it was that i didn't format the memory stick for the psp. i was just running it right off from out the box.
