<object name="pspext" type="application/x-psp-extplugin"></object>
is the way to call the PSP Internet Browser object plugin
So I guessed that
<object name="PS3ext" type="application/x-PS3-extplugin"></object>
Would be the way to call a similar object plugin for the PS3 Internet browser
(They are both derrived from Netfront so I figured they may share similar code and functions)
I can get the PSP object to work without a hitch but not the PS3 one?.
I was wondering if anyone had any insight into this, without breaking any NDA's -
Documents or mentions of anything they had seen around the net
Thanks in advance.

Since this thread is quite a high hit on google, here's some links :P
The PS3s browser documentation: http://www.jp.playstation.com/ps3/pdf/W ... s_j220.pdf
The PSPs browser documentation: http://www.jp.playstation.com/psp/dl/pd ... -J_380.pdf
There's no English version as far as I know, but the PS3 version does not detail any extensions you're talking about. Also note that random web dev questions are off topic for this site....
edit: SCEE seem to have an english version of the PSP docs at http://www.technology.scee.net/psp_browser_guidelines, but no english PS3 docs.
