Coding Exploits
Can anyone give a short explanation/tutorial on how inject code into a save game file? Sorry for the noobish question.

Well then its a good thing i'm looking into the GripShift Exploit and NOT GTA.... *rolls eyes*Dariusc123456 wrote:Google for GTA Exploit Source.
idk why you want to do this, sony already patch the save game exploit after 3.5X, so its useless.
For a quicker look, search on psp-hacks.com download page for Development.
I want to know how it's done without an SDK to find my own as well.

It's a jungle out there in the world of console gaming.
Dariusc123456, i have yet to read anything from you that doesn't tell me your a f*cking idiot... and to top it off, you keep coming back to say more stupid sh*t.
The people here make me feel like shit :/
Way to advanced... (hate being a programming noob.)

Sigh, please keep it down children.
Developing exploits is generally not _that_ hard, finding them isn't necessarily easy. Although fuzzing every save game you can find is a good start, AFAIR the lumines one was found by giving the game a save game containing totally random data :)
However I would like to point out this forum is not really about exploiting the PSP (and arguably never was) so there are probably better places to take this discussion, not that anyone else is likely to answer you sensibily :)

Ok, sorry to bounce back on the subject, but is there a possibility to use PSPLink in the XMB ?
Or rather, is there a possibility to get useful "state of the RAM" information from the XMB ?
