can anybody help me with this error!!!

admin edit: no... The official SDK is illegal to use without a license from SCE, and if you have a license from SCE then you'd be under NDA in which case you'd be breaking your license posting questions here

Don't try to build samples from leaked official SDK with the inofficial PSPSDK. We don't support anything of that here. Deserves a HoS...

Then go ask SCE support :) We have nothing to do directly with the official SDK
