PSMF chroma

are the PSMFs restricted to the 4:2:0 or can they support 4:2:2, 4:4:4 too?
any ides what the movie format is?

because unless we are encoding movies directly from DVCPRO50 (which is 4:2:2) we have to deal with the standard DV 4:1:1 or the DVD 4:2:0 sources, and we will have to make some aditional work if we want nice moving pictures.

And shouldn't be there additional optimization for the PSP's LCD?
or that's not really a development and I should post in on the video9 forum? Is there anyone working on this here?
