since i spotted here some discussion about bricks, and some
discussion about secret key combos and secret service points
on pcb i can share some information i received on other forum.
it may interest you.
i halfbricked my psp a month ago. i screwed gameboot.pmf
like an idiot and changed the psp to just mp3 player / .jpg viewer.
today i received feedback that to skip gameboot, it is enough
to choose program to run, then push dim button for a while to make
screen black, and when still keeping that button, press X.
since i have no longer halfbricked psp, i tried it on my new 1.5 psp.
the only thing that i can say is that this procedure skips for sure
gameboot sound, so it may really skips the rest of the gameboot.
time of launching is still 5 seconds (like with gameboot) but maybe
some else can check it?
if it really works, that gives a little chance that there are more
secret combos in there :)
