Hi

I can not use ./toolchain.sh to install psptoolchain due to the firewall blocking SVN. So I did it by myslef by I found a lot of headache.

One problem is I can not get the updated

newlib-1.13.0.patch

, and the old one continusely cause me problem.

So can anyone send my a copy of latest newlib-1.13.0.patch to fone4u@gmail.com.
