This is spam masquerading as a post on wallpapers. They're shifting the spam away from the now-discredited "DVD Guide" to this. Same spam links at the end, and the same method of trying to disguise this as something other than spam.

Can we limit users so they can't post URLs until, say, they've made 10 posts?
The code change might be a pain but it could really help.

I'm all for it, but I don't have the ability to do anything more than access the admin page for these forums.
